That site actually gives you the city and state for free however if you want the name and other information, you will have to pay a small fee of $19 (I think) for a single record or $39.99 for unlimited access. All your money is covered under a 100% 56 day guarantee which means it's super safe. There are other sites out there which use the same data service as http://reversecellphonesearcher.com but those don't show you the free information on their site. I hope this solves any problems you might have with your bills. I do know how it feels asking about "private" numbers and the problems that it can cause... so I guess doing this would be for the best.
